ISA Research Center,

was formed with the aim of offering frameworks, standards and suitable software contexts for information technology architecture of enterprises and governmental organizations. The research center was established by some of the professors, graduates and students of Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty of Shahid Beheshti University, who work in the field of information systems architecture.

The major activities of the ISA research center are devoted to:

• Providing and customizing detailed Framework of information systems architecture (Enterprise Architecture) in areas of government, industries and services

• Providing standards related to information systems architecture and software architecture in Iran

• Establishing and developing Enterprise Architecture knowledge management for organizations, institutions and industries

• Encouraging and producing educational resources for information systems architecture in Iran

• Produceing and extending enterprise architecture modeling tools and applications
